Pool walls can collapse

You pool needs to maintain high water levels to keep pressure on the walls of a vinyl pool. Without that pressure the walls can collapse. This can cause a huge problem and repair can be expensive.

It can hurt the value of your home

The value of your home can go down, even in the eyes of a pool lover, when you have a vinyl pool. It is not a good investment for your property.

Pets can cause problems

Animal claws to not work well with vinyl liner pools. The pool liner can easily tear from contact with pet claws. If you have a pet that you want to share your pool with then it may be better to consider a concrete or fiberglass pool.
